Pinkbike Poll: What's Your Favorite MTB Suspension Design?
My favorite had been the other 6 bar. Felt's Equillink suspension. It felt similar to the short-link co-rotating four bars with less sag point sensitivity. (I don't see it on their website anymore,I guess they dropped it this year). For those unfamiliar, it looked like the short link designs but had rear triangle that was flexible and added an extra link connecting the upper and lower links so it had an extra degree of tuning.

Felt Compulsion, Upper rocker link

$100 USD
I need a replacement for a broken upper rocker link. If anyone has a retired 2013-2014 Felt Compulsion that they would sell, I'm interested. Felt doesn't have replacements (two design updates since mine). Thanks

XL Felt Virtue 1 Frame

$800 USD
2010 Felt Virtue One frame, XL. I bought this frame new Apr 2011. I used it for a year and moved on to a different model. (2008 Redemption) Aluminum front triangle and carbon fiber rear. Normal scratches and wear from riding. Rear shock: Fox Float RP23 with boost valve, newly rebuilt by Fox. (130mm travel) I have a spare RP2 shock with a high volume sleeve. Ask about if interested. Suspension works, it is very plush and cancels pedal bob, feed back, brake jack very effectively. I never used the pro-pedal feature except for a couple long pavement runs. Equilink suspension works great, similar to the DW-link but without the finicky sweet spot sag adjustment. The Equilink system is very forgiving about set up; for a firmer ride reduce the sag, for a softer ride increase the sag. No need to play with the sag over much to get it to work right-- just set it to where it is comfortable for the terrain and go. MSRP $1999 Similar to Maestro, DW-L, DWL, Pivot, Turner.
