May 14, 2024Rocky Mountain Maiden Park
$1500 USDAll good things come to an end. At 61, it is no longer in my best interest to DH, so I’m selling my beloved 2017 Rocky Mountain Maiden Park. It has been a great bike. It’s fast, hugs the trail, and jumps like a dream. Being an older rider, it didn’t get quite the same hard riding a younger rider may have given it, but it certainly saw plenty of laps at Trestle, Keystone, and Granby bike parks here in Colorado. It’s in otherwise good shape, but will most certainly need a brake servicing (pads and a bleed) and a wheel truing. I’m including two new tires (Maxxis Minion DHFs) and an extra set of new grips. Everything is stock except for the grips (Specialized Enduro XL) and pedals (Specialized Boomslang).
Frame: SMOOTHWALL Carbon C13. Pipelock™ Pivots. Press Fit BB107. 2-Bolt ISCG05 Tabs. RIDE-4™ Adjustable Equalized 27.5 / 26 Geometry. Di2 Ready.
Fork: RockShox BoxXer RC 200mm
Shock: Fox Van RC 200mm

Wheel Size: 27.5"
Spokes: WTB 2.0 Stainless
Tires: Maxxis DHF Super Tacky 27.5 x 2.5
Chain: Shimano HG-54
Crank: Race Face Chester 165mm 34T
Bottom Bracket: Race Face BB107 Press Fit
Front Derailleur: e*Thirteen TRS ISCG05
Rear Derailleur: Shimano Zee Shadow Plus Direct Mount 10spd
Shifters: Shimano Zee
Brakeset: SRAM Guide RS 203 mm Rotors
Handlebar: Race Face Chester 780mm

Reasonable offers only. I’m not interested in shipping. With DH season almost here, now is the time to get a great carbon gravity bike at a reasonable price.

Apr 9, 2023Giant Glory 2 downhill bike - Size Medium
$1350 USDFor sale is my son-in-law's 2018 Giant Glory 2 downhill bike. It is in very good condition and he's selling it because he's no longer riding DH. This is a park rental bike from Trestle Bike Park in Colorado that I bought for him in 2019, it was completely reconditioned prior to sale on 30 April 2019. This included wheel rebuild and truing, shock recondition, and brake bleed. The Marzocchi Bomber 58 was brand new, as were the rotors, brake pads, shifter, shift C&H. He only rode it during the 2019 season and it's been sitting in the garage ever since. Essentially, you are getting a bike with a lot of new parts that only has one season on them. It may be five years old, but it will still make a great park bike for someone on a budget. The Maxxis Minion tires are practically brand new with plenty of tread on them. There are some cosmetic dings as one would expect on a ridden DH bike, but as you can see in the pics, nothing major. He did break the chain and I have not replaced it, so you'd need to do that (stock part: KMC X9). It could also use a new set of pedals. Here are the rest of the specs:
Pedals : Giant Original MTB Sport Aluminum platform
Hubs: Giant P-DH, Front: 20mm thru axle Rear: 12mm x 150mm
Tires: Maxxis Minion DHF, 2.35", tubeless, 60 TPI
Cassette: SRAM PG-950, 11 x 26 tooth, 9-speed
Frame: ALUXX SL-grade aluminum
Wheel Set: Giant P-AM2 Disc, tubeless
Chainrings: 36 tooth with MRP G3 Mini chain guide
Brakes: SRAM Level TL, hydraulic disc with 200mm rotors
Brake Levers: SRAM Level TL
Stem: TruVativ Descendant
Crankset: TruVativ Ruktion
Rear Shock: FOX Van Performance, 200mm-travel
Rear Derailleur: SRAM X5
Shifters: SRAM X5
Bottom Bracket: SRAM Howitzer Team
Handlebar: Giant Contact SL DH, 800mm x 31.8mm
Saddle: Giant Contact, forward
Seatpost: Giant Contact SL, zero offset
