Niner AIR9 Buildout

$2750 USD
• Niner 2016 Air9 Medium Carbon(non-boost) – crash replacement for an alloy Niner FS bike that served me well for almost 10yrs, but it’s not the type of bike I want to ride in the Front Range. Many do it, I’m not that tough. • Chris King ISO silver hubs just built up with new Stans Flow EX3 rims – Have had the hubs for 7-8 years and really enjoyed maintaining them. My brother had the CK press kit so overhauls were done with the proper tools. Overhauled this past spring. • Fox 2012 Factory Float29 120(non-boost) fork – great fork, fresh oil bath and seals ~annually, was white and I painted black, unridden since paint job back in summer • Shimano M8000 brakes - Used, struggled to keep the rear brake firm and getting the catch point where I wanted it, they were bled regularly, quick bleed and full bleed. They have new pads(not bedded in yet) and a fresh bleed and could very well have another 2-3 years in them. • Race Face Evolve stem and bar – 740mm bar, 70mm stem 10deg rise (I think) • Shimano M8000 drivetrain – 32T chainring, 11-46t • Wheels Mfg PF-30 OUT press-fit threaded bottom bracket, brand new • Thomson seatpost • I have DHF/DHR on there now but they’re too wide for the rear spot. I have something narrower on the way. Preference is to not get rid of the DHF/DHR set. • Used ODI Ruffian grips and takeoff saddle • Bike is non-boost frame and fork • This build out has not been ridden other than on the street during final assembly Bar/Stem currently set up with as aggressive as the components allow. Lot's of steerer tube left and the stem is inverted, so if a more upright position is your jam I can set it up that way for a test ride. Prefer to sell local but will ship at buyer's expense ($80 to shop box it up + shipping)
