Rickmonty

Began doing tricks etc around 95' and after playing around wsith friends and becoming inspired by Hans Ray, JMC, The Martins and Jez Avery (to name a few) I started riding trials comps in 97' - first was Hook Woods at a British Trials Championshop in September 97' (deep end on that one) and many more Essex BTC comps after that. Stopped riding competitions around 2004/5 managed to get to 2nd Overall Intermediate in 2002 through Hampshire BTC, now concentrating on family and mainly having a good time when I am riding!!

Bikes are a massive part of my life, always will be, I'll stop doing tricks etc when my body won't allow me anymore. Under which case bring on the xc and freeride!!

Santa Cruz 5010c

$2200 GBP
Santa Cruz 5010c 2016 Medium frame 130mm travel Fox Float DPS rear shock Rockshox Pike RC 140mm forks with RCT3 charger damper and Luftkappe upgrade Easton AR24 rims on Sram MTH 746 rear hub and 716 front hub Maxxis DHR2 front tire tubeless Maxxis Ardent rear tire tubeless Shimano XT brakes (the rear brake lever was changed to an SLX after the original lever broke) Shimano RT76 180mm rotors Rock guardz carbon frame protector Cane creek headset Raceface turbine 50mm stem Raceface aeffect 35mm bars 760mm wide Sensus Grips Rockshox reverb 125mm dropper post Joystick binary saddle 11 speed Sram GX cassette Sram GX shifter Sram NX rear mech Raceface aeffect 170mm cranks Works Components 34t chainring Shimano bottom bracket Matt black vinyl wrap over coloured areas for stealth look but can be peeled off if you fancy the original colours back. The bike has been fully serviced ready to go with new gear cables, reverb cable bleed and both brakes having a fresh bleed too. As for pedals I can pop some basic plastic pedals on there - unfortunately I have no other pedals I can put on. I purchased this bike brand new from a local bike shop and have enjoyed riding almost every weekend since new. The 5010 is an ideal trail bike hitting the sweet spot with travel and is light and nimble. Ideal for your local laps but is also more than capable of hitting bike parks and the French Alps if that’s what you fancy. It really is a ‘do it all’ bike. The bike is used, so please expect some age related marks. However, it has been very well looked after and maintained regardless of cost. Looking for £2200 or there about and I will listen to sensible, genuine offers. Collection preferred however can meet in person within a reasonable distance. Please be aware that I will not post. Any questions please let me know.

Cotic Bfe small

$400 GBP
Selling my 2020 Bfe frame in size small, dark Grey. Only 6 months old, bought brand new direct from Cotic in November, probably used maybe 5 or 6 times. Would suit someone from 165cm to 172 cm tall. Im 5’7” and there’s more room than my Medium 5010. As its modern geometry its got a lovely long reach to it, and in a small frame makes it really good fun! Fantastic frame, capable of laps at the bike park, the French Alps or even just messing around on local trails with your mates. Reynolds 853 downtube, 148mm boost rear fitment, 27.5 wheels and stealth dropper routing. For more info pop over to; https://www.cotic.co.uk/product/BFe#features Really didn't want to part with this frame but it's just not getting much use. Looking for £400 ovno, prefer collection but happy to post for a little extra. Any questions let me know.
