You have reach adjust of ±1 cm from the headset so you should be able to get 495 or 500.

Yo ! This is a double crown Boxxer. For tapered forks you need a new lower cup, the standard is EC49. It has 49 mm and an outside mounted bearing. A good example is: NukeProof Warhead EX 49-40 mm B7
