Trek 7.1 FX Commuter Bike
$450 CADVery lightly used Trek commuter bike. Probably only ridden a dozen times more than 6 years ago. The bike has always been stored in a heated garage and is in excellent condition. Never ridden in the snow and always kept clean with regular tune-ups at a bike shop. I pulled it out recently to sell it and replaced the rear innertube and the rear brake cable. Other than that, the bike is working flawlessly. Comes with a bottle cage and kickstand.

Specialized Rockhopper Sport
$550 CADThis bike was purchased new in 2018 for $1000. Have ridden the bike only on gravel paths and light single-track riding. The bike has been only lightly used for the past couple of years however I brought it out a couple of days ago for a test ride and almost everything is working like brand new. The shifting is not ideal at the moment but could probably be fixed with a tune-up. The bike has been well taken care of and routinely tuned up, cleaned and had the chain oiled before every ride. The bike is completely stock. The bike was always stored inside and never ridden in the snow. No signs of rust on the frame.
