First Ride: The 170mm Specialized Levo 4 EVO
@succulentsausage: Big time DJI fan here (drones + action cam), but dealer support is equally important with a high dollar purchase like an e-bike. Have heard some horror stories regarding warranty claims and Amflow - that alone would keep me away. Spec has always come through for me in the clutch.

First Ride: The 170mm Specialized Levo 4 EVO
@lindsayflowhan: Yes. I have an Ohlins Levo SL 2 (RXF 38 + TTX22M.2 coil shock) and in S5 size @ 6'0 tall, it is super capable on descents and doesn't feel like a monster truck/dirt bike. The 4-bar suspension in the Kenevo SL would be even better! I'd love to see them focus on an updated version of this bike, but tbh the current version with range extender is everything I need.

First Look: The Amflow PX & PR Launch the 150 Nm Avinox M2S Motor
There is no denying the innovation here, but we're now at the point of more watts and more newton meters just being... more. What value does it add to anything outside of the spec sheet? I'd much rather have had them focus on weight and efficiency versus raw power. The sub 40lb Levo SL 2s are a delight to ride and feel much like riding a regular bike. Even the top spec PL is still pushing 44-45lb, which to me is too much.

The 2026 Mondraker Zendit - An eMTB We Can't Talk About
I thought the point of Avinox equipped bikes was that you get full fat power, but at SL/mid-power weight? This thing coming in at over 50lb for the dentist builds would seem to contradict that no? Would be sticking with a Levo 4 build at similar weight if that was the case, for manufacturer support and a removable battery alone...

Race Report: Transierra Norte 2025
@clapforcanadaa: Thanks for the reply! We've been to Oaxaca before a few times, but always to the coast as opposed to Oaxaca City. The people and food are amazing, and i've always looked up at the mountains and wondered about the riding. I was hoping that I could participate in the race, and we pay for a package where she could kind of tag along without riding if that makes any sense? It isn't clear where exactly you're staying each night, so no idea if this is even feasible.

Race Report: Transierra Norte 2025
50th birthday coming up soon, hmm... Looks like an incredible event! Does anyone know if the event offers a non-rider package? My wife would love to attend with me and is a rider, but doesn't have the required skills to race.

Crankworx Adds Mont-Sainte-Anne to 2026 Calendar
Notice in the news release that MSA is designated as the "grand finale" for the Crankworx World Tour. This title has been reserved for Whistler in the past, which leads me to believe that Whistler Crankworx as we know it is toast and replaced by the UCI World Cup event. Sad, as Whistler Crankworx was the highlight of my riding season every year.
