This bike is only 3 months old. My son used to ride hard tail when he was 5 and 6 and took off mountain biking for 4 years....went to buy what he thought was a downhill bike.....Mountain City Cycle in Courtenay told him it was fine for downhill....it is if you are just a beginner and not into large jumps, like my son is!! He is riding at expert level after 3 days of couching and the owner will not return this bike now.....so my son is actually looking for a Giant Glory or something similar...so will trade for the right DH mtn bike for him!! He had to rent a Giant Glory in Whistler as the coaches there said his bike was not good enough for his level. Thanks for looking! The bike is in excellent shape as its only been ridden on the trails in cumberland about a dozen times. Upgraded the handle grips to Evo and changed to the smallest stem available for better handling on small jumps. This bike is a Small size and would fit a teenager or a small woman.
