Jul 4, 2023Karate Monkey trail bike frame
$600 USDThis is a nearly new Surly Karate Monkey.
Purchased the frame over the winter and build with a 26+ wheelset before I decided it was too low for that. It has three rides on it.
The head badge was not centered out of the box, so I took it off. There's some marks from cable rub that I tried to get pictures of, and there's a rub mark on the seat stay that is from my calf (single speeding). Aside from that it's a brand new frame. I will leave the Cane Creek headset installed as well as the Shimano bottom bracket. Fork is brand new and was never opened.
If interested, I have a 170mm SDG Tellis dropper I can include for another $100.
Price includes shipping to the lower 48.

The Binary Gear is a 2-Speed Bottom Bracket Gearbox
Lose the dingle cog fussiness along with the fact that it's a singlespeed.

Randoms Round 2 - Sea Otter 2023
@ak-77: If you have a normal centerlock hub you can already mount any rotor you want.
There's nothing wrong with current centerlock adapters and I have no idea what 'frustration' the writer of this article is referring to. There is no 'increased compatibility' because their all already compatible. When companies come up with stuff like this and then the media jumps up and down about how great it is, it almost feels insulting. We are smarter than that.
