First: Patch tool
Second: Adjustments: Curves
Thirdly: Filter: Diffuse glow (very soft)
As I wrote I don't won't change the picture too much. I put only slight correction.
Check the forest in left corner, colour and brightness under helmet peak. Or buy glasses.
