...Hmmm you can create 3 jpeg files out of one and create a hdr out of them.you have to change the exposure on the jpeg files with fotoshop and then you can work like you have 3 raw :D
you have some nice pictures on your site.the trail biker pics are nice^^

I do it with a single raw picture.
Then I use photomatix and photoshop to create a hdr

WOW, how did you do a hdr with a moving subject ! thats like weird, did you still do 3 exposures? but how can you do it that quickly
