comes with external sealed headset bearings only , im afraid its just the bearings and cups , i dont have the top cap or race's i think theere called , but there pennys to buy so not realy a problem
frame is in good condition , original paint , few chips here and there , no dints or kinks
ive also been told these frames are bomb proof and can withstand anything
