The Baron CB7 wheelset uses an asymmetric carbon rim with a 35mm internal width built to provide added stability and control with today’s wider tires and more capable trail bikes. Extremely light and strong, the Baron CB7 offers a variation of our patented Bead Socket Technology created specifically for wider asymmetric rims.

The Flow CB7 uses an asymmetric rim design to create a stronger wheel. Asymmetric rims drilled with offset spoke holes that aren’t in the center of the rim increase strength by improving the bracing angle of the spokes, creating a more stable, wider base that better supports your rim.

The Flow EX3’s Tiebeam design means greater structural integrity, fewer dents and the best air retention in the industry. How much stronger were we able to make the new rim? Here's how competing rims and the new Flow EX3 performed in our catastrophic impact test.

We’ve worked with Martin Maes and GT Factory Racing for years, and as the team developed new testing protocols they were instrumental in the refinement of the Flow EX3. Martin in particular was very familiar with the Flow MK3, so he had a solid foundation to understand everything we were trying to do with ride quality and rim shape of the new rim. The results speak for themselves.

Kyle Warner, three-time North American Enduro Tour winner, played a role in the development of the Flow EX3. Racing most of his career as a privateer, one of the key characteristics Kyle looks for in his equipment is durability. When he found out the new rim designed for maximum durability was ready, Kyle couldn't think of a better place than Bootleg Canyon to put the Flow EX3 to the test.

All carbon rims are not created equal. If your carbon rim is too stiff, you’re losing speed and risking tire pinch flats. The Crest CB7 rim with RiACT absorbs radial vibrations and damps impacts. It’s a difference you can feel in the ride of the bike almost instantly. Wider than the original Valor while still optimized for XC tire widths, the Crest CB7 keeps you in control and rolling faster.

Imagine the ultimate carbon trail rim. It's wide enough to offer tire stability and control, but narrow enough that your 2.35" tires still corner great. The Arch CB7 has a clear advantage, a ride quality not found on any other rim and a warranty that backs up all the talk. We created the Arch CB7 to be that ultimate carbon trail rim.
