Not very good in my opinion, if your going to make a video use a better camera, and I understand not everyone has a good camera, so go out and hire one for a day or two, just a suggestion :)

no offence, but if your going to make a video and put it on the internet for people to see, make sure you use a tripod and use some lighter more chilled music, hardcore (im not sure what you would call it) but its not right for bike vids :)

the intro goes for WAY WAY to long, and the camera is a bit average, looks like you filmed it by yourself rather than someone else.

The Unfocusing was an effect that i used. the need for a tripod is because of the shaking, and i do agree, im going to buy one soon :)
