Sep 7, 2014Specialized SX Trail 1
$950 GBPSpecialized SX Trail I (2009)
Size medium.
Very little used bike in excellent condition. Bike is significantly upgraded from the original specification and includes SRAM XO Carbon rear derailleur, Easton Carbon DH handlebar, e.thirteen SRS plus single ring chain device and Specialized Command dropper seat post (handlebar activated).
Please note that the bike is set up with 1 x 9 gearing. Front chainring is 32T and the rear cassette is 11-34T. I have found this gearing setup ideal for the bikes intended purpose.
The bike is in great condition with only minor cosmetic damage. So that you can judge the condition for yourself I have uploaded a detailed set of photographs at the following link:
http://www.pinkbike.com/u/stiffeeam/album/Specialized-SX-Trail-I/
I have listed the bikes full specification below but if you have any question please do not hesitate to contact me.
The bike is located in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire CM23 5LA
Many thanks for looking.

Mar 27, 2014Iron Horse Sunday Team 16" Small AMAZING CONDITION
$1100 GBPIron Horse Sunday Team 2010 16” Small
For sale a 2010 Sunday team that I purchased from new in March 2010 (receipt available). Since that time I have only used the bike a handful of times and as you would expect it is in exceptional condition. Before use the main parts of the frame were wrapped in leading edge tape and bar tape. This is still in place and the bike is in perfect condition beneath.
So that you can judge the condition of the bike for yourself I have placed high resolution photographs of the bike at the following link;
http://www.pinkbike.com/u/stiffeeam/album/Iron-Horse-Sunday-Team/
From the light use the bike has received there are a number of marks as you would expect. I have tried to detail every single mark on the photo record so that you can bid with confidence.
My main discipline is XC and although this bike has hardly been used it has been constantly maintained whilst in storage with fork stanchions and shock rod regularly lubed with suspension fluid and shock valve boost pressure always maintained above 125psi.
The bike is the 16” size small. I am 5ft 8inches and the bike suits me perfectly. To be of assistance it may be useful for you to know that I seemed to fall between the 16” and 17” (medium) bike. In the end I opted for the smaller frame. I was able to ride both happily but was able to dominate the smaller frame more readily.
The bike is provided primarily in its original speciation that is listed below. However, several components have been upgraded and these are as follows;
• Avid Elixr R SLC Carbon Brakes
• Rear mech – Shimano Saint 9 speed
• Rear shifter – Shimano XTR 9 speed
• Handlebar – Superstar Components Decent Handlebar 780mm
• Specialized Enduro Saddle
• Hope Seat Quick Release
If you have any questions regarding the bike please do not hesitate to ask.
In the ideal world this item would be collected. However, if you do live a long way away I can package the bike up very carefully and get it shipped for £60.
