I'm 37 last year I was hit by a car on my bike omw to the gym. After finding out I had 4 herniated disk(2 in neck 2 in lumbar)I started doing what ever I could to get back on my bike although I'm still healing , I have decided to ride thru the pain. Now 11 months later I'm getting back into the swing
