Final Randoms - Eurobike 2026
I think Simon won't sell such forks. It was just a fun project to show that his cartridge works with the 38 and Zeb. It was quite a bit of work to build it though.

How Light Is Too Light? Building a 26.4-lb All-Mountain Bike That's Still Capable
Road mode = shock is fully locked out (very firm) Gravel mode = for gravel road climbs, some people might choose it for technical uphills too DH mode = DH :-) The fork doesn't have a specific lockout lever. Theoretically you could close the compression and rebound, but I've never felt the need to do so.

Stoll sells 4 different versions of the T3 Evo, all with RS suspension. They're between 11.5 kg and 12.2 kg.

The initial build was sweet! It was a great bike and I liked the look too. I actually really enjoyed the uphills as well. Switching to the DT Swiss DEG DF hubs was a big step, it really helped to make the bike more composed and calm in the downhills. We got quite a bit of snow and rain in January and February so I haven't been able to ride the final build a lot so far, so maybe I should report back in a few months.

So far I got around 1000 kilometers on this bike (it's not the only bike I have). I've ridden it in rain and mud too. It's holding up nicely, but to be fair I've also changed a lot of parts in order to achieve the 12.0 kg weight goal.

@bluefire: Exaclty, it's pretty much the norm I'd say. The pedals are 312 g by the way, the bottle cage is 19 g.

@AyJayDoubleyou: You can order the frame with holes for mechanical drivetrains or without holes for wireless drivetrains. Mine doesn't have holes.
