Specialized Demo 7 II, Medium
$950 CAD2010 Specialized Demo 7 II Red/Black, Medium size.
I am the original owner purchased in the winter of 2010 and rode for 2-3 weeks every year in BC until 2015. I took very good care of this bike, it's in used good condition with a few scratches and dings which are all superficial. In 2014 it had a complete overhaul (shock rebuild, bushings, new front tire, brake pads). Comes with a brand new rear tire (old front tire is on the back currently) and a new never used replacement DH tube. Has not been ridden since 2015, stored indoors, no rust.

Pinkbike Poll: Do You Ride Illegal Trails?
There is an extensive illegally built trial network in Edmonton's river valley. Its legal to ride but not to build and this causes issues such as drainage and erosion due to the city bylaws.
You could always ride the paved paths, but watch out for the roadies with attitude and the wolf pack like XC riders.

Tech Spotlight - The Functional Wash
WD-40 is a water dispersant which is good for making water go away on your chain. but I wouldn't trust it to lubricate anything or let it get near my bike as it will attract contaminants later.

Suntour RUX - Review
Thanks for the replies and info, I will look into it. I doubt its within the warranty period as its and 2010 fork. If I'm the only one with the problem then chances are that I am the problem.
