I’ve owned two of their shifters. One was the original version. I messed up and put in batteries backwards and fried unit. Contacted them and Devin got back to me really quickly and had a replacement unit to me within 48 hours. Worked great for over a year I used it. Bought the second gen when it came out n sold the original one. Worked very nicely across 2 bikes over 2+ years before I bought my most recent bike and decided to go SRAM Transmission. Not because their product didn’t work really well (because it worked perfectly during my use) but because I didnt want to deal with all the b-limit and high and low limit screw nonsense. They made a really cool product that worked very well. I’m not sure how many units they sold, but to the people clowning them after their years of hard work, you’re a bunch of d-bags. Maybe try inventing something or bringing something unique to the biking industry instead of just crapping on people who do. Absolute loser mentality to dance on the grave of a business that someone put a ton of work into. Personally, I’m sad they’re closing and wish them nothing but the very best in whatever venture they have in the future.
