PS. Keep this under wraps, this if actually turns into something we do not need it to be shut down due to BMXers smoking Pot there.
The cost of renting the land may be more. The family that is leasing the land inherited it but do not have the money to grow on it.
they have 150 Acres of land. they might rent the land for either more or less on a monthly basis. ask me more on the phone Call!!!!

Hey I am writing this from a cell phone so my writing may not be good. There is a lot of room to build a track at our school and I think that I know someone that will help us. Dustin greenall at santiam bikes. I know of a local family that also leases land cheaply 1acre-Less than 150$ a year!!!!!that means if we can get Sid or ben interested we could have a track going in a few months REspond¡!!!!!!!

Its fine but I am not going to school probably for this week. The pain is like a bad stomachache but I do not really have any pain right now so it is fine.
