It was a school project and one of the requirements was to have some form of narration. I did it my self, it's not like I have a massive budget to hire a professional voice over guy. However, I do agree to an extent, I think it would possibly be better without the voice over but it had to be used...

Yeah, I tend to agree to a certain level. I probably wouldn't have put the narration in normally, but this video was for a school assignment where I had to make a documentary and without it I wouldn't have passed.

Well I guarantee he would beat nearly anybody in a race, including you... So I guess his training works. Riding in different disciplines helps improve different areas of skill and strength, whether it is fitness, bike handling, confidence, etc, it all helps. I would advise against the Hungry Jacks though haha.
