Cheers, mate - Swinley is great, you'd love it, although you'd be doing more of this I think: http://www.pinkbike.com/news/United-Kingdom-Of-Dirt-Swinley-Forest-with-Brendog-and-Olly-Wilkins.html

Freak accident - was getting off the bike, put foot down on a slope I hadn't seen, twisted funny, and then I felt it slide out. Pain was incredible. Took paramedics over an hour to get me to the ambulance. Lots of physio before I'm back on the bike. Sold the enduro (got a really good price) and got this instead: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KjiU_S_Vzts not had the chance to ride it yet though! Russell

Good edit mate - that bit of kashima on the shock making all the difference! You not racing yet mate? You should of done the Aston Hill Mashup Race last weekend! http://www.rideastonhill.co.uk/2014/09/thanks/ Hope to see you around Ingrebourne Hill sometime - I dislocated my knee a few weeks back, still off the bike, hopefully back in a month or so. Sucks not being able to ride.

Specialized Enduro Evo with upgrades

$1600 GBP
Great condition medium sized 2011 Specialized Enduro Evo, everything in perfect working order - wheels, brakes, suspension, gearing, dropper post, everything perfect. Was not sure what category to out this in - I use it for XC and trail riding, but it's great for freeriding if that's what your into. The dropper post has just been serviced by Specialized, works perfectly. I will include a new spare cable and a strap wrench so you can easily service the post if you ever need to, it's dead easy to do, video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K0X3sLMo-TA The wheels are true and very light weight, tubeless ready with straight pull spokes, the rear features DT Swiss internals. Brakes don't rub, and you can easily change the reach and pad contact. Plenty of life left on the Superstar Kevlar pads. Gearing is indexed perfectly, jockey wheels are in great condition. Suspension, both front and rear works perfect. Specialized Clutch front tyre is in very good condition, plenty of life left, and the Purgatory rear is only just starting to show signs of it's age. The 2011 Enduro Evo came with a Fox 36 Open Bath coil damper - this has been upgraded to the far superior FIT RC2 damper, which allows both high and low speed compression. These forks are in great condition with no marks on the stanchions, they are very easy to service (http://www.pinkbike.com/news/technical-tuesday-fox-36-service-2010.html) and come with the new replacement Fox Factory 36 RC2 FIT decals, Fox SKF seals and Fox suspension fluid for the next service. Will also supply the original open bath damper. The gamut roller runs fine in the summer, but the exposed bearings mean it will freeze up in the winter, so a gamut dual slider will be supplied to swap over to in the winter. Matching gold Superstar Nano pedals, great condition, no play, spins free. Bike will be supplied with several rear shock coils to most rider weights, and a medium and extra firm spring for the fork. Unlike the open bath damper, with the RC2 FIT damper can be set up very hard or very soft, loads of adjustment. I'd say the condition is great - the matte black paint scratches easily, so I've put high quality protective film over most of the bike. The pedals are carbon and get beat up very easily, I've put some Race Face pedal boots on to prevent damage to pedal strikes, but there's some superficial cosmetic damage here and there on the cranks. The bike has been used, so expect minor scratches. I'm also including a new official specialized chain stay protector. So here's the upgrades: Fox RC2 FIT 36 170mm fork Race Face Atlas 725mm gold handlebar Superstar Nano gold pedals Specialized Henge Expert saddle Gamut dual slider KMC lightweight gold chain Blackspire gold inner ring More info here: http://www.specialized.com/gb/gb/bikes/archive/2011/enduro/enduroexpertevo FRAMEM5 alloy, fully manipulated frame w/ ORE TT/ DT, tapered and forged HT, ISCG mount, sealed cartridge bearing pivots, replaceable derailleur hanger, 160mm travel REAR SHOCKFox DHX RC2, coil over w/piggy back, rebound and compression and bottom-out force adj., 8.5 x 2.125", S:450, M:500, L:550, XL:600, custom eyelet for Enduro FORKFox 36 Van R, coil spring, tapered alloy steerer, reb and preload adj., 20mm thru-axle, 170mm HEADSET1-1/8 and 1.5" Threadless, Campy style upper with 1.5" lower, cartridge bearings STEMSpecialized XC, 3D forged alloy, 4-bolt, 31.8mm clamp, adjustable rise HANDLEBARSSpecialized Demo low-rise bar, 7050 alloy, 750mm wide, 8 degree backsweep, 6 degree up, 31.8mm GRIPSSpecialized lock-on, S/M: Grappler, Other: Rocca FRONT BRAKECustom Avid Elixir R CR SL, hydraulic disc, tool-less pad contact & reach adj., alloy backed semi-metallic pads, stainless hardware, 203mm rotor REAR BRAKECustom Avid Elixir R CR SL, hydraulic disc, tool-less pad contact & reach adj., alloy backed semi-metallic pads, stainless hardware, 185mm rotor BRAKE LEVERSCustom Avid Elixir R CR SL, hydraulic disc, tool-less adj. reach and pad contact, alloy lever blade FRONT DERAILLEURSRAM X.7, 10-speed, S1 direct mount for DMD, bottom pull REAR DERAILLEURSRAM X.0, 10-speed, mid cage SHIFT LEVERSSRAM X.9, 10-speed, aluminum trigger CASSETTEShimano HG81, 10-speed, 11-36t CHAINKMC X10, 10-speed, w/ reuseable Missing Link, nickel plates CRANKSETCustom SRAM Carbon S-2200, 10-speed AM double, GXP spindle, removeable spider, Gamut Shift Guide, S: 170mm, others: 175mm CHAINRINGS36A x 24A, 4-bolt, 104/64mm BOTTOM BRACKETSRAM GXP, outboard bearing PEDALSResin Test Ride Pedals with toe clips, CEN std.
