Mar 13, 2020Trek Hifi Pro Full Suspension
$1900 CADOffering this Trek Hifi Pro. This was my backup bike so it wasn't ridden too often. It is in perfect mechanical shape, it has a few cosmetic scratches from use. Numerous upgrades: Stan's ZTR Arch wheels with Michelin tires, Elixir R brakes, Shimano XT crank, Shimano XT driveline (front shifter is X9), Specialized saddle. This aluminum frame features Trek's excellent mountain bike technology including the G2 Fox Fork (new oil and seals), Fox Float RP23 shock with pedal platform, ABP (Active Braking Pivot) rear triangle. This bike may be a few years old but it will run with any of the newer stuff. Any worn items have been replaced and mechanically bike is like new. Shipping at buyers expense. Only reasonable offers will be responded to.

Sorry, just checked your profile and realized this must be out St. Catherine's way.

The course we generally ride is Paul's 30k race course but we know a few shortcuts, on that ride there is somewhere around 2500 feet of climbing. I wouldn't say we are super fast or anything and within the group of guys I ride with there is a varying degree of fitness. I can average 15-16 kph, it is a fairly tough ride but a lot of fun too. I don't mind going easy for a new rider but you are probably faster than you are letting on. We do break for a minute or two 3-4 times during the ride, I don't mind doing more. Some nights I am on my own and other nights we can have a group of 5-6.

I ride there usually twice a week. I ride with a few buddies and we try and ride every Monday and Thursday evening, we meet at the main parking lot around 6pm. We typically do 26-30k. The route we do is not too sandy, just a few spots. Next week due to holidays we have had to change nights, and we are fair weather bitches so if it rains we don't go. If you want to give me your cell number I can text you and we could meet up there. We always welcome someone new to the group :)
