Vampire Bikes Launches the Ripperatti: A Convertible Titanium DH Bike With a Gearbox
Yes- The next Fastarossa will have the 65 stroke shock adapter. That will make it a 143-163-193. Or pull out the adapter and run a 75 stroke for the 168-193-223mm.
Moving to MX only- that gives me the room to have the deep insertion posts.
Changing to 7005 too. (sadly- love me some 4130)
Will be doing a Ti version of it too.

@plyawn: You can run the tensioner on the derailleur hanger too. But I'll let SB1 know you don't like how their tensioner is placed.

@just6979: The pulley is mounted to the swingarm. If it wasn't, it wouldn't have a I-track logo.

@gregnangatang: Belt seems cool- but has loads of problems in mud and loam. The tensioners and cogs run about 1 lb heavier. The belt can break easily when struck by a rock.
Can't change travel setting without changing belt and tensioner position. Which would require a different skid plate. The skid plate to hold a tensioner would be really expensive- much larger CNC piece instead of a bent metal plate. And you would need to always have a back-up belt on hand. Since you don't find them in shops.
Chain- easy choice.
Setup tight like this- it's really quiet. No shifting so lube isn't as important. And how hard is it anyway to lube. (belts squeak too)
Chains don't break often- easy to replace.
Travel changes are super quick.
Lighter
Better in Mud

@Takaya94: You are correct. Changing the pivot from Mid to high wouldn't work with the belt. But does it in under 2 mins with a chain. Also- about a 1 lbs lighter with the chain setup.
