Fully functional bike, all gears shifting, cranks and headset just lubed. I'm 5'5 and fits perfect and works for about 5'2 - 5'7 height. I just installed Brand new shimano hydraulic brakes($80) and brand new chain ($25). Whether you are a beginner wanting to get into mountain biking or want a capable bike you can hit almost anything on from jumps to Big downhill hits this can do it all!
