i love those pedals, sealed ones last for years so get the sealed version, they have loads of grip, really compy and quite a large plaform so they ideal for any type of riding really... well worth a buy.

so then why did you say thing about luke having that tool... and not just say "was on british cycling website, so i croped it out"...?

you can do it yourself on any comp, all you have to do is; print screen, then paste it in paint, then use the croppping tool in paint to cut the picture out from the rest of the page, then save it as a jpeg image then open it again in the software that you view your pictures with and use the cropping tool in that to cut the image out agaig (as you will need to do that due to that paint sves the whole document including the the white worksheet that you work on....)
