Warranties - Who's Doing Them Right, & What Could Be Improved?

got 2 bad experiences with warranty The fisrt one with my kona local dealer, had to contact kona US to get an answer. Then they apologize to me. second commencal last month, my FCB frame cracked on the seat tube, it has 5 years of warranty, they told me that I caused the failure because of a short seat tube, but I always used a long seat tube and never over the minimal insertion. It was very dissaointing that they blame it on me. I own clash skis, a meta, tempo and absolut bikes. so probably my next bike won´t be a commencal
