2 daysIbis Ripmo V2 XL Push, Vorsprung, i9 hubs and more...
$3950 USDBlue Ibis Ripmo V2 XL in great condition. Push Elevensix coil shock for the rear paired with the Cascade Components link for increased progression. Vorsprung smashpot installed on the fork. Still climbs amazing and corners like lightning but so plush and responsive on the descents. Both shocks are setup around a 210# rider, can't remember specific spring weights.
When cleaning the bike for sale I found an issue with the rear triangle (the metal frame protector had ripped off at some point) so I replaced the entire triangle and all bushings. Brand new rear triangle!
Bike rides like new.
Still have original shock and link, I can switch them out or include them for a price.
Frame: Blue Ripmo V2 XL
Shock: Push Elevensix
Fork: Fox Factory 36 with Vorsprung Smashpot installed
Wheel: Ibis Carbon with i9 hubs
Brakes: Shimano XT 4-piston
Drivetrain: Shimano XT 12 speed
dropper post: oneup 210mm
bars: Ibis carbon
grips: lizard skin
stem: i9
saddle: WTB

Aug 1, 2024L Chromag Doctahawk UDH lots of new parts
$2900 USDHit the back button. You don't want this bike. It makes no sense. Does it climb well? Nope! Soak up the big hits? Nope! Light? Nope! Expensive? You bet.
The only "reasonable" excuse to buy this bike is because you have a 1971 Dodge W200 with a matching paint job and then you most likely can't afford this bike. But if you CAN afford this bike and you still choose to drive that piece of shit then maybe you're just the idiot I've been looking for.
I ordered this frame a few months ago and asked them to match the paint to my truck. Which they did. Perfectly. But a few rides in, as it was throwing me over the handlebars, I realized this bike was too small for me. I'm 6'4". I had an XL Primer (another dumb purchase) that I felt was on the verge of too large so I figured the longer slacker Doctahawk in size L would be plenty big but I was wrong. So I bought another XL Doctahawk. That's how much I like this bike and also how dumb I am. I've been riding the new XL for a couple months and I love it. It's amazing. Since most of the parts on this bike were still so new I transferred most of them to the XL and then I'm so dumb I went out and found more new bits so I could sell this L as a complete build. In all seriousness... It's got tons of shiny new bits. It's barely ridden. It's a Whistler-ready badass build with 0mm of rear travel just itching for some moron to buy it.
Frame: L Doctahawk UDH painted 1971 Dodge rusty orange mostly white. Maybe 15 rides on it?
Headset: I got a fancy Chris King because this was supposed to be my keeper bike. 15 rides on it. I would've transferred it over but i was too lazy to knock out the cups and I wanted a gold headset on the new one. God I'm an idiot.
Fork: Fox Factory 38. Maybe 15 rides on it.
Saddle: badass old trailmaster LTD. Maybe a million miles on it. I will happily switch it out with a brand new WTB or whatever I've got laying around but I will judge you.
Drivetrain: Shimano XT 12 speed works perfectly (with caveat, see below). Maybe 15 rides on it.
Bars: BZA 35 carbon. Lots of rides on these. They work fine but they've got some miles on them.
Stem: Hifi2 35 35mm long. Who cares how old it is. It will outlast us all.
Here are the BRAND NEW BITS:
Code Ultimate Stealth front and rear. brand new brakes!
Rotors: Sram HS2 180 rear 200 front. brand new rotors!
Bottom bracket and cranks: GX dub brand new. (See caveat below)
Wheels: Chromag BA30 29" brand new. Brand new wheels!
Tires: front is a brand new Assegai Brand new!
rear is a DHF 20 years of shred version. about 15 rides.
New Lizardskin grips!
Seatpost: BikeYoke 180. Also brand spanking new! Haven't even finished installing the remote!
The only issue other than everything else about this bike is that the 32t brand new chainring is meant for T type chains (I was thinking I'd get an AXS transmission) Pedals and shifts just fine but makes some noise in lowest two gears. Also I think the spindle is longer than it should be, it works great with a 7mm spacer on the non-drive side but it makes the q factor a little weird. Details. There are some tiny nicks in the paint on the yokel. Don't know what a yokel is? Clearly you're not a Chromag dork and you should move along, this is not the bike for you.
I love this bike. i think it's badass. I can stare at it for hours and wish it fit me so I didn't have to buy another one. But then again, if you hadn't realized by now, I'm really really dumb. If you are also super stupid and have a soft spot for rad things then this might be the bike for you but my guess is that it's not so you can come back here and check out this ad for years to come.
Please don't offer me stupid trades. I can't help myself and I can't afford to get divorced.

Sep 9, 2020XL Ibis Ripmo X01/XT build with Carbon Ibis I9 Wheels
$5500 USDThis murdered out Ripmo has about a year of single-owner use on it. Brand new stem, Ibis carbon bars, and saddle. The rear tire is brand spanking new and the front has plenty of life left on it. Seat post and shifting and shocks and everything are mechanically perfect.
Frame: XL, black
shock: 2019 FOX X2 Climb switch
Fork: 2019 Fox Factory 29 RC2

Video: A Trail Dog's Perspective on Covid-19
Thanks. I started her riding with me and the kids for super short (sub-5 minute) pedals when she was 6 or 8 months old, gradually working her into her first real ride when she was a little over a year. I yelled "scooch" whenever she got in the way, sometimes tapping her rear end with my front tire, and she quickly got it, that's now her code word to get the hell out of the way. That said she loves being VERY close to bikes so she still gets tagged on occasion.

Haha. Originally I was going to name the edit "My lazy cheating bitch" because she cuts so many corners.
