Dec 16, 2018Excellent condition Trek Remedy 9 -18.5" frame - 27.5"
$2000 USDI bought this 2016 model in the spring of 2017. There's less than 500 miles on this bike. No Strava/cyclometer, so I'm not really sure about exact numbers. All parts are original stock and have received regular maintenance despite the lack of riding.
It's still got tubes, but I can convert to tubeless if desired (+$). Pedals installed are DMR V12 and are included.
Located in Bryson City, NC.
Asking $2,000. Priced to sell. Possibly interested in trades as long as $$ is included in trade. Was $4,300 new, I believe. More pics available if desired.

Bike will be thoroughly cleaned before shipment (I just think the pictures look a bit better with mud on the tires).

B.C. Bike Shop Looking For Experienced Mechanic and Sales People!
Another good thing to look into would be putting some hours in at a bike co-op if your town has one. I've got 3 years as an experienced shop mechanic, and then add to that countless hours in co-ops. It is a bit less 'professional' of a workspace, but they are the best for gaining some of that experience that is so tough to come by.
They're not my favorites, but you may consider looking into a training program like UBI or Barnett's. Many shops will offer training and info sessions (i.e. Park Tool School) or will allow you to volunteer some time there as training as well. It is hard to turn down free labor.
