If like me you don't like to ride with lot of things in your pockets, but you need your lift pass, money, car key and ID with you all day... And your wallet is inconvenient in your pocket... I propose you the following solving problem: the TTWT (Tire Tube Wallet Technology) which is a solution based on the latest technologies on the market !
To achieve this, you will need :
-a tire tube 27.5(it definitely does not work with 26 inch…)x2.1/2.35(right width for the card format)
-a zip tie
-a tape measure
-a scissor
-a pen
Step 1:
Cut a piece of 14.5mm and one other of 5mm.
Step 2:
Cut two hole at 10mm and 20mm on one side of the 14.5mm piece.
Step 3:
Insert the zip tie from the inside, catch the little tube ring and tight the zip tie. Cut the rest of the zip tie, BUT do not throw it!
Step 4:
Cut the rest of the zip tie just a bit shorter (50mm) than a credit card format.
Step 5:
At 60mm from the opposite side of the zip tie, make 6 lines spaced like following from the center:
l <5mm> l <5mm> l <15mm> l <5mm> l <5mm> l
Step 6:
Cut the 4 holes in the middle through the both sides of the tube and only in ONE side the external 2 hole.
Step 7:
Insert the 50mm zip tie into the second hole through the complete tube, do the same in the other side (like if you sew).
Step 8:
Sew the tube with the zip tie, and put the two ends inside the tube (like that, the zip tie will stay on place).
Step 9:
Insert the money and the key in one side and the cards in the other side, that’s it!
