It has been repainted with hammered-finish silver because I didn't like the huge Titec script (logo) and prefer silver-finished components over black. It then spent its time in my spare parts cabinet. There is a small area where paint has flaked off on an edge, but it is not very noticeable. Besides, it will be hidden once mounted on a steerer tube with a top cap, so it is of no consequence.

The Jagwire pads felt a little different. There is nothing wrong with them. I just prefer the feel and feedback I get from my regular pads—creature of habit, don't you know. If you like Jagwire brake pads, these are for you. Since I go back and forth between several different bikes, I like to keep as consistent a feel in the brake levers as possible, so again, what I have been using just works better for me. As far as size and shape, these are the equivalent of the Shimano B01S, B03S, and B05S brake pads, and can be substituted for them in most calipers that take this size and shape.

They are much closer to new than used. I see no torn material or loose stitching. I don't see how they can have more than 200 miles, and it is very likely to be less than half of that. Most likely, your foot will need to be less than the length of the insoles unless you like a tight fit with bent/curled toes while you ride. Measure your feet with the type of socks that you would use and decide how much space you need beyond that measurement. No returns allowed for sizing issues. The heel cup is lightly padded. As far as I know, these are no longer in production, and have been superseded by a similar design that substitutes a nylon textile for the cotton. I know when I bought this, the cotton ones were getting very hard to find, and I had to pay a premium to get one. Please note that this example is free of the athwart fracture line on top just behind the nose piece that indicates a torn rubber substrate. If these saddles fit your anatomy, here is a nice example if you would like to avoid the plasticky look and feel of the current model. These are very nice saddles with typical Brooks quality with a clever design and execution. The textured cotton finds the right balance between friction and slide-a-bility. • Since fine tuning saddle position and angle is a time-consuming process, I did not want to remove this from the seatpost; hence, I took the photos with it still attached.
