Went over a cliff when I was snowboarding off piste in France last year.

It happened in February 2008 and I was back riding and skateboarding by October 2008. It's still stiff and painful now but only when I sit around. If I'm on my bike or skating it feels good, loose and supple. Just gotta keep moving!!
