2008 Giant Anthem 2. Black & silver. 'L' size. Despite its age, this bike is virtually new: it was ridden very occasionally (in-city) up until I developed post-cancer fatigue in 2013. The fatigue has never resolved, and so it's well past time this beautiful machine went to a home where it will be used and loved as intended and deserved. All parts are original (even the tires). I even have all the original manuals to be included. Two pumps (for tires and suspension) came with the bike which I will also include. At the time of purchase I equipped it with a bell (Catseye), bottle & cage (Giant), lock (Kryptonite Evolution with an accompanying Bike Guard cable) and even a helmet (Bell) I'm happy to include as well. Five years ago I took it in for a thorough maintenance which included a 'rebuild' of both suspension systems whatever that means. This spring I took it down off the wall, pumped up the tires, and rode it long enough to determine that the gears will need some adjustment again. Also, I suppose the suspension system will need to be adjusted to your particular weight. As I was only ever a very casual rider, I've never understood all the 'tech' on this bike well (particularly the suspension system). ChatGPT tells me, though, that the front suspension travel is 80 mm and the rear suspension travel is 90 mm. That being said, the forks themselves speak of 100/115 mm of travel, and the rear shock itself (a Fox Float RP2) has an actual stroke of 36 mm.
