Jul 15, 2026KMC X-10 New and Waxed
$25 USDI have 2ea new KMC X-10 (10 speed) chains. Both have 116 links and include a quick link. Both were ultrasonically cleaned in mineral spirits then acetone, then waxed in Silca’s Secret Chain Wax. They don’t have the original packaging.
I’d meant to keep these in rotation on some gravel and CX bikes, but switched everything over to 11sp drivetrains in the last few months.
$25 each.

Mar 5, 2026Zipp 440 Carbon Fiber Tubular Wheelset
$200 USDSelling a pretty minty pair of old Zipp Tubulars. I acquired these a while back but my ambitions to build a fast rim brake road bike never came to fruition. They’ve just been hanging in the rafters (literally) since then. Time to send them on down the line. Bit of a niche product in this day and age, but I’m sure they’d make someone happy. These would make some slamming TT wheels or just some fast ones for shaving wattage from a bike you enjoy taking on fast, plush, tubular rides.
The kind folks at Zipp sent over a catalog page that I’ve attached here. They date them as 1994 based on the silver hub flanges and the white logo and said these were sold as a wheel set as opposed to a build around the rims. They look like they might have been someone’s race day special as they’re in truly fantastic condition.
Some particulars:
-700c rim brake TUBULAR wheels (gotta glue them tires on the ride is oh so nice if you haven't used these before, for real)
-On my scale front w/o skewer weights 719g, rear w/o skewer weighs 945g (skewers are included)
-Spokes are bladed and aero AF
-Laced radial at all points except rear drive side, which is 2 crossed
-Rear has 28 spokes, front has 24
-Rim aero depth is a watt multiplying 57.5mm to the outer portion of the rim
-Hubs are also made by Zipp some of the most BUTTERY I’ve ever felt. This is coming from someone who has bikes equipped with conventional classics such as Campy and Dura Ace hubs
-Freehub body is Shimano !0 speed (or below) Hyperglide (Uniglide compatible) - yes, you can thread a lockring on there like any normal contemporary Shimano hub
I’ve also taken the liberty of the getting most of the old glue off and wouldn’t hesitate to glue on new tires in their current state. There is a little glue residue on the outside of the rear driveside rim, which I captured in a close up photo. Didn't get around to using solvent or scraping these bits off.
Asking $250 plus shipping. “Plus shipping, you say? Sounds expensive!” Well, funny you should ask. I went ahead and got some illustrative quotes rather than leaving those numbers to your imagination.
Shipping via UPS Ground from 59802 to…
90026 (LA) $39.42
11211 (NYC) $65.28
33101 (Miami) $65.28
68101 (Omaha) $39.42
Disclaimer: I’d need to build a new box for them, so the dimensions and price could be a bit different from what I’ve quoted. But those prices do allow for a generous extra 2 lbs of packing materials from what I actually weighted with another box.
