I started riding bikes as a young child but being the only one in my family that had an interest in biking it didn't come easy. A small shop in Manitou Springs called Just Riding Along took me under their wing and showed me what real biking meant. I started to race DH and work on my own bike along with many other life lessons in that little shop. It's closed now, but it's hard to look at a bicycle without reminiscing back to the days of my youth spent at that shop.
