amando96 plastic will handle any amount of power you give it. you just need to set the mesh correctly. to the op. when you get the new spur put a small peice of paper between that an the pinion it will give you the correct mesh. and also i would back off the slipper a turn or 2

sunday og 20in top tube (trade only)
$100 USDi have my 2006 sunday og. amazing frame. some small dents but no cracks. im looking to trade for a 20.75 frame or bigger. let me know what you have. would prefer a local trade so i dont have to ship such a big item
