The recommended fork length relative to your frame has far less to do with forces generated by your headtube angle and more to do with lever arm length of the fork and the increased forces that a longer fork applies. As Archimedes said "give me a long enough lever and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I shall move the earth". The forces that this head angle change would apply are infinitesimal compared to the forces of lengthening your fork by even a 1/2 inch.
