Had a 224 and loved it! noisy as F#"% though.
They could just fill the frame with a structurally aiding but mainly dampening foam... Space here for some DIY with some expanding foam?

Amazing work! was thinking of doing a similar project but with bos idylle air internals. what was the final weight and overall results? Cheers
