yeahhh I been there I almost passed out half way around the first berm!!! lol I need to get fit again. Yeah I ride a cove 
and a morewood for my dh bike. I meant I am a rider not a racer, they are 2 different types of people

I race a bit. I still maintain I am a rider, I ride for MIj so I do their series. I will be at taff in Aug. I prefer natural stuff, techy but nice flow to it and some fun corners and stuff to hop and pump 
I dont really have a fave track. I guess it depends on my mood.

just not my kind of trail. Unless I am in the mood to do some jumping and going effortlessly fast its alright to chill on the bottom section. It isnt against the track, just not where I most enjoy.

Ah okay I tend to avoid Cwmcarn. I work by there though! not been in a while, might pop along soon though. I havent been to redhill. is it as good as people make out?

ahh I am in work. I am trying to decide whether to ride my big bike or small bike on the weekend :\ um.. places might still be bogging. maybe not llantrisant. that mud stinks!
