Hello bigdrop44,Thank you for the kind words!!!!
I'm sorry for the long response. My good friend owns a LBS and had the Myles Rockwell bike on display for about ten years. Cannondale rep gave it to him!!! I've hounded him for a very long time for the bike but would not sell it!
Finally I caught him on a good day and he sold it to me!!!
The Brian Lopes bike, was pure luck, I waled into a pawn shop and it was sitting there. I couldn't believe it!! I had to look at the bike with a magnifying glass. Low and behold... Brian's initials were on the bottom bracket and the year he rode foe Cannondale!
Bought the bike right then and there for less than what you would pay for a wal-mart bike!!

Thank you, bigdrop44!! The second one you like... Was acquired through my friend Jim that owns a local bike shop. This is Myles Rockwell's actual race bike, the Cannondale rep gave it to my buddy Jim, he displayed it in his shop for many years before I bought it for nothing!!!
The first one belonged to Brian Lopes... There are no serial numbers on the bottom bracket! Just his initials and the date from when he rode for Cannondale! Not too sure, but I do believe it. They are both the "fulcrum models"! Please enjoy the rest of the pictures! Frank

Thank you so much! It's truly a blessing to have such rare bikes that we're not available for sale to the public! These bikes are old designs that still generate a lot of attention whenever I take them out for a spin, just so it's not sitting collecting dust! Every once in a while I'll ride them at the local trail... Even though they are DH specific bikes, I still enjoy riding them wherever I can!
In South Florida, we don't have any mountains, so I just ride them leisurely on the local trails, carefully, and take my time, I'm even stopped on the trails just to talk about the bikes!!! I don't mind taking the time to talk to fellow riders! It's very cool!
Frank.
