- Also comes with 4 DVDs for TV enjoyment, three by Robbie Ventura, 'Climb', 'Power' and 'Race Day' (tough!) and a Spinervals multiple level DVD
These DVDs can make you suffer while suffering through the coldest winter months, but they start off easy. They use heart rate as a guide, then progress, so beginners need not be intimidated.
Bit of latex marks on the drive cylinder, but all solid and ready for the off-season.
