Apr 4, 2012Kona Coiler Medium
$775 EURAlright folks, I have a kona coiler for sale. She's an 06 (oct), size medium (17 inch ) had it from new myself and i've always been sorta on and off with the biking so it has very little use during its life time so far. never sent off big drops or abused. usual scratches from up lifts and cable rub. I'm just after changing all the bearings in the frame, brand new bottom bracket (ext bearings with a raceface diabolous crankset with e13 chainguide and taco plate). Brand new back wheel, dmr revolver, red hub, blk rim. new bars, stem, grips and pedals. road mech on back with sram shifter and road cassette. Hayes 200mm brakes. mavic 823 on hope hub front (red).
I have modified this bike to lower the bottom bracket height and slacken the head angle.
forks: rock shox domain 318
frame: kona coiler medium 150mm (full new bearings)
headset: chisel, i have a new FSA headset on way from crc and will be fitted.
stem: truvativ 40mm dh (red) holzfeller NEW
bars: Funn fatboy 760mm 30mm rise (horror white) NEW
grips: kona cowan log (white) NEW
seatpost: Truvativ (black)
cranks: RaceFace Diabolous with 36t raceface ring.
Chain Device: e13 lg1 with taco plate.
Bottom Bracket: token, gold (NEW)
Pedals: Wellgo sealed bearings atomlab copy NEW
chain: sram NEW
casstette: road block
rear mech: Shimano Tiagra road mech
saddle: THE (grey black and white)
wheels: front: hope 20mm (red) on mavic 829
back: dmr revolver (red) on dmr deevee rim (NEW)
This is plenty enough bike for hitting all downhill tracks in ireland, not too big for single track and can throw a granny ring and cycle it up a hill if want to do something stupid
