Hi All, so it time for us to let our amazing camper van go to a new home... Honestly don't want to sell it, but in the last 2 years we have done less than 4000 miles in it, we used to do around 12,000 a year!! Our personal circumstance have changed in the last 18 months, we have moved to Scotland and bought a farm... so can't find time to ride our bikes, let alone get away on our weekend adventures like we used to. We put the van of the road last year, but its a shame to see our awesome little van sat around doing nothing, so we've decided he could do with a new home and someone who will be able to use him the way we did, for weekend in the lakes or wales, or maybe back up in Scotland!!! The Van is perfect for winter weekends away, uplift & downhill weekends, meaning you can go anywhere and don't worry about where you are staying that night!!! Or what the weather is doing... So a bit about the Van, we bought the van in august 2011 converted it into a camper and have enjoyed weekends away when ever we wanted. As you can see form he pictures, the van has a fold out bed which doubles as a kinda sofa, with plenty of storage under it. There is a shelf above the driver for additional storage. There is a built in cook and sink unit, with a double hob and grill. Tow bar on the back which we used our carrier on, allowing us to take 4 bikes easily. We never had it re-registarted as a camper, but you can if you like as it has been built to the requirements, but we never bothered as our insurers were more than happy to take it on without it. we always used Adrian flux as they seemed to know what they were doing and we got great price, about £300 full comp. Its a really neat little van, perfect to use as a general run around too, we used it to commute to and from work every day. Perfect size and drives like a car the wife loved it. reasonably MPG for a van giving us around 38+, if driven nicely, but it is a van. We have a expedition roof rack on at the moment, this can be negotiated into the sale at the right price as its worth about £250 on its own. We have just had the MOT done so will come with around 11months MOT. Only advisories were tyres which it could do with a full set, again happy to discuss this as part of the price. For sale is a fully refurbished hardtail, the bike was built for a video we were doing for a client. Fully re sprayed in a custom colour, rebuilt and serviced at the same time. The frame is a hydroformed Scott brand, I think it was from around 2012. The bike has a pair of Rockshox SID forks, they have a little wear on the inside of one station, we didn't notice this until we re built the bike, the forks have been fully stripped, clean and rebuilt with fresh oil all round. The bike is in great condition as its literally just be refinished, and ridden for about 5 mins, you wont find a better spec bike for the money on here - or even new! Open to offers....
