The same way that Hincapie, Zabriskie, Leiphimer, CVV, Danielson, and Michael Barry wouldn't have admitted doping if they weren't trying to save their own careers and their reputations. All of those guys should have received longer doping suspensions than 6 months. They get 6 months for cooperating, even though they all had evidence against them and they were under oath. That isn't cooperating, that is damage control...
