Jan 12, 2010Fox 40 rc
$400 USD2008 Fox 40 rc. Stock. The left stanchion has been scratched. It has been buffed and doesn't leak now but I'm guessing it will eventually. I heated up and removed the decals on that side to see how bad the lower is. It's not scratched too bad. It has an uncut 1 1/8" steer tube.
www.go-ride.com has new stanchions for $132.
I'm looking for $400 shipped due to the stanchion scratch. You could ride it as is or use it as a backup for that price. Or, put a new stanchion on it and you'll be stoked.
I'm selling because I just picked up a Boxxer WC.

Dec 23, 2009FS: Giant Glory frame and parts, small
$700 USDDHX 5.0 with 400# spring. Headset and seatpost clamp included. I acquired this frame through some trades and haven't ridden it. There are no cracks or dings...just minimal knee pad rub on the top tube and some chain nicks where chain nicks would normally be.
This bike:
http://www.giant-bicycles.com/en-us/...in/1281/29369/
I'm thinking $700 shipped for the frame, shock and seat post coller. I also have these parts that I will sell with the frame for additional cost:
Race Face Evolve DH cranks, BB, 38t ring, e13 bash-$120
Race Face Diabolus bars and 50mm stem-$50
Giant FRO saddle and RF Diabolus seatpost-$20
e13 guide-$60
Saint Brakes-$125
Shimano XT Shadow rr der and XT shifter-$100
I'll only sell the parts if the frame sells. How about everything list for $1000 shipped? If that doesn't work, make an offer and we will see what happens.

Sep 22, 2009Specialized Demo 7, medium
$1600 USDThis bike: http://www.specialized.com/us/en/bc/...007&spid=21988
It's a medium. I bought the frame in August of 2007. It's been ridden for about two full season. The frame has some rock chips here and there. Some scratches but no dents, cracks or anything that would affect how it rides. Pivots are tight.
Fork: 200 mm travel 2006 RC2X. One of my favorite forks for sure. Compression, rebound adjusters in the top. Integrated stem and flat crowns. Stanchions are great and I will send a spare stanchion just in case you need one down the road. Lowers have some shuttle rub and scratches.
Headset: Syncros 1.5 to 1 1/8" reducing headset with Enduro bearings in the bottom. Topcap says "look up eh!"
Bar: Truvativ Hussefelt 680 mm bar, 2" rise it looks like. New.
Shifter/der: SRAM X9, short cage. Both new at the start of this season. Cable and Jagwire housing was new today.
Brakes: Avid Codes. Fresh bleed and pretty news pads-probably 3 rides ago. Shuttle rub.
Grips: ODI Rogue Lock-ons. Pretty new.
Seatpost: Syncros
Seat: Generic Titec, pretty new.
Shock: Fox DHX 5 w/Marzocchil 550 spring. It has the stopper out for that extra 3/4" rear travel. The pic of this almost looks like there's a crack in the frame, there isn't. It's just a weird pic.
Cassette: New at the beginning of this season. Shimano 11-34 M760 9 spd. (XT)
Chain: Didn't check.
Chainguide: Gammut
Cranks/BB: Truvativ Holzfellers 170 mm with Howitzer BB. Pretty used (see the shoe wear marks) but still working fine.
Pedals: Wellgo something or other.
Wheelset: Spinergy Fall Lines. Scratches and one small dent. Pretty true, no hops or flat spots. These things have been bomber for me. 20 mm front, 135 QR rear.
Tires tubes: I'd say halflife on the tires (see pics). Maxxis 26x2.5" Minions, F and R. DH tubes.
This bike has been ridden but still runs great. I'm looking for $1600 (bike is in Boise and I would prefer not to ship). I'll box and ship it for $1800 or you are welcome to make arrangements with any shop in Boise to ship and I can drop it there.
There is some cosmetic stuff but I've tried to give a good description and the pics should be pretty complete.

Camp of Champions Announces Casey Groves Bike Winner
I'll echo what bradnesp is saying. That kid volunteers all the time. When I've been up at the start of a DH race, he's joked around, shared some line tips, and always helps his teammates. I'd take riding with this kid on whatever bike he is on over riding with any of you clowns that say he didn't deserve to win.
Nice Dallas!
