Jun 22, 2020Transition Bottle Rocket
$600 GBPFor sale is my much loved 2011 medium Transition Bottle Rocket. I am selling as I just don’t have room for it anymore. I have had this since new and its been very well looked after, serviced and maintained.
Overall the bike is in excellent condition for its age and only suffers from minor cosmetic damage and a few niggles so I will start there…Cable rub, a bit of glue from some old stickers, a few scratches, the right pedal is a bit wobbly and needs tightening and the seat and seat tube are well worn.
It’s a short bike by modern standards, I’m 5’10’’ and fits me well for the style. The geo specs don’t include reach, but I’ve measured this and its 450mm.
I’ve ridden this bike all over the world and its an absolute blast and great fun to ride. Agile, great on jumps and pretty much indestructible. It's not great on climbs but put a modern 11-speed drive train on there and you should be fine. Principally though its for gravity-assisted riding.
