Plans for Multi-million MTB Park in North-East Scotland Unveiled
I would say that is quite a pessimistic viewpoint. I highly doubt if a chair lift is constructed that it would be out of action for 90% of the time. There are many people in the North East of Scotland and further afield who have been crying out for some decent trails/bike park for years now and I think this will prove a massively popular park as long as the trails are well thought out and have plenty of maintenance.
