Oct 20, 2022Trek Farley 5 Medium
$1500 CADAdvertising for my dad. He's looking to sell his 2016 medium Trek Farley 5 fat bike. Only taken on a handful of rides, by a 70+ yr old. Includes a set of dillinger studded tires (mounted on the bike), as well as a set of non-studded tires that have never been used. I believe it's all stock otherwise. The only notable wear you'll see is some rusting on the cables from winter travel on the bike rack.
Full specs and details can be found here:

Give him a call at the number listed (ask for Doug), or send me a message if you have any questions.

Mar 9, 2022Santa Cruz Nomad Carbon, XL w/ Upgrades
$1800 CADI'm selling my trusty 2011 XL Santa Cruz nomad...first year of the carbon frames. The frame is in great shape...a couple of cosmetic scars on the top tube from shuttling, but no other damage. Bike was originally bought with the 'R' parts kit, although there aren't too many original parts left on it.
Original Parts:
- XT Drivetrain, Cranks. Front shifter and derailleur taken off years ago, and just run as 1x10. Probably still have them around if you want.
- WTB saddle
- Fox 36 Talas 140/180mm fork
- Straightline flat pedals (recently rebuilt w/ new bushings)
New Parts ~2015:
- Fox DHX4 coil rear shock
- Push Link
- Chris King hubs w/ Stans rims
- Chain guide
New Parts ~2019:
- Renthal 800mm Fatbar
- KS Lev 150mm dropper post
- 8" Saint brakes F&R
- All frame pivot bearings
The bike is entirely rideable as is, but I'd recommend replacing the drivetrain, BB and front tire for a better ride. These were on my to-do list, but a new nomad has made it's way into the stable instead. Also have a spare der hanger for this.

Mar 9, 2022Custom Hitch Rack for Single Bike
$25 CADI'm selling a hitch-mount bike rack that I built a few years back to carry a single commuter bike. It's welded steel construction with a box-liner type of coating to protect against wear and corrosion. This is well built and likely sturdier than most other racks out there. Fits a 1.25" hitch receiver, and has a hinge pin to swing down if you need to open the trunk or tail gate. Uses a threaded bolt to secure it to the receiver, so there is no wobbling around. I built this to carry the commuter around in the winter, to save having an expensive bike rack out in the elements and road spray all year. It's also very quick to load and unload, using trays to hold both wheels, and a single strap to secure the bike. It was built around a medium-sized bike, but I think there's enough flexibility to fit a range. The commuting idea ended years ago, and I'd like to move this on to someone else who can use it. The bike shown in the pictures is available too if you need one!
