Yeah, alreet thanks. Just been shitting around making my 24incher nice so looking forward to this crap snow and ice pissing off so i can ride somewhere other than the works. Ride much street and parks or are you a dirt man?

http://www.pinkbike.com/forum/listcomments/?threadid=6716 have a read it easy i did mine :D just a rough run through: just leave forks in your frame turn bike upside, undo the lowers and pull them off. Remove the black cap on the bottom of the right stachion (drive side), just the black plastic one get 2 14mm bolts off a bmx axle put them on top of you spring. you might need a mate to help you screw the black cap on to the stachion. then put it all back together job done. need help just ask http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/3446245/ check mine out
