Orange P7 27.5plus/29er XL Mountain Bike. Revelation - stanchions good, lowers marked - rebound and compression function as should. Deore M615 brakes. Shimano 1x10 with 11-50 rear cassette. Gears need a slight tune - current drive train incl chain has only done 3-400 km. Nukeproof bars. Hope headset and clamp. Beautiful forgiving modern steel hardtail. 2018. I bought as frame only and built up. Has done everything from bikepacking, trail centres to some big hill days. Marks from use as expected but no nasties, just chips and scratches to paint. Currently running 27.5 x 2.8 wheelset, but will also come with 29 wheelset - the 27.5 wheelset are like new, the 29 could do with new bearings in the front. I’ve found it very fun in Mullet set up. Stunning Full Suspension mountain bike from Boardman. It’s an XL, recommended by Boardman for 6 foot and above. This is the MTR 9.0, the top of the range full suss in the Boardman lineup and currently retails for £2200 and is always sold out! Amazing geometry - and check out the review on Bike Radar - they loved it! The bike isn’t standard, here are the upgrades I have done: Nukeproof Horizon handle bars Nukeproof Horizon Stem Nukeproof grips Hope seat post clamp Hope Head bolt Shimano dropper post lever (original was awful) The bike is a dream to ride, climbs well and descends even better! The suspension is top notch when setup for the rider. The brakes have awesome stopping power and modulation and the gear change from the Shimano drivetrain is very slick and smooth. This is a hell of a lot of bike for the retail price, let alone the price I am selling for! As it has been ridden there are some minor marks on the frame, most very small that won’t show up but if they did show up then they are in the photo’s already. The worst is the graze to the rear chainstay, right by the cassette, the chain slipped off once and got caught between the cassette and frame (I was furious!). Chain was checked over by the shop and everything was ok other than the scratch. The bike is near as new condition having only covered 200km max. It has also been serviced. This comes with the original bits and pieces from delivery, remainder of the warranty, service receipt and has been lovingly cleaned to within an inch of its life! I really do like taking care of my bikes, this has been cleaned regularly using nothing but muc-off products and has had several coatings of protective spray! Located near Inverness. UK postage £45. For Sale My Calibre Sentry in XL size. Has done less than 10km since new! Hence price. This is a really modern bike with progressive geometry - really does long, low and slack - see geometry chart. Excellent spec all round. 12 speed, Yari fork, dropper, etc - see spec in photos. Reviews are amazing and rightly so. I have 2 young kids and am generally riding XC trails on the rare occasions I’m getting out hence lack of use. I found one tiny paint chip on the down tube, but it has literally done one 5km Landy track ride and one 4.5km single track ride - such a waste for an amazing bike. Generally prefer to post.
